Keith Instone is a user experience consultant who helps clients with both customer experience and employee experience challenges. His background is in Computer Science and human-computer interaction: applying knowledge of human behavior to socio-technical systems. He is currently teaching a “User Experience in the AI Age” class at BGSU. He is also still on his 15-year mission to build a tech-based innovation ecosystem in the region. With this iteration of interest (and esp. hype) about Artificial Intelligence, he has been leading discussions about what it means to create human-centered AI systems.
