Speaker: Jill Kopanis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Jill Kopanis is an HR Leader who focuses on Shaping the World through Transformation by Challenging status quo. She is a national speaker having spoken numerous times at the world-wide SHRM conference, State conferences and SHRM chapters and a speaker on the annual HR Conference Cruise. Jill has been involved in the field of HR for over 30 years and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She was the 2023 winner of the HR Lifetime Achievement Award, and previously was nominated for the Excellence in HR Management Award and a finalist in the national Benny Awards. She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles for SHRM including NOHRA Chapter President and State of Ohio Certification Director. Jill earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and holds both the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and HRCI-SPHR Certifications. Along with being a Notre Dame fan, she is also known as a Troublemaker . . . but I will let her explain that one!!!
