Leadership has been a chief lever in succeeding during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations strove based upon effective leadership even more than people management. But as HR leaders, how do we know when leaders are making the subtle mistakes resulting in quiet quitting, resignations, and disengagement. Data from SHRM research indicates the persistence of seven deadly sins, which were amplified during the pandemic.
