Join us for NOHRA's 13th Annual Diversity conference as Natasha Bowman presents, "Overcoming the Invisible - How to Make Diversity & Inclusion in your Organization REAL"

In this half day seminar, contemporary diversity & inclusion challenges in the workplace will be addressed. D & I is no longer just about race, age, and gender but includes other characteristics that are invisible, but can be barriers to inclusiveness. These characteristics can include gender identity, gender stereotypes, mental disabilities, and socioeconomic status. This workshop provides human resources and D & I professionals at all levels of the organization with the framework for designing strategic programs that demonstrate organizational understanding support for all aspects that makes employees different, but yet interconnected.

NOHRA is also pleased to welcome City of Toledo Chief of Staff, Caty Crosby, to deliver opening remarks at the 2018 Northwest Ohio Human Resource Association’s Diversity & Inclusion conference.
