Culturally intelligent leaders are inclusive, curious, and challenge the status quo. Their teams work and relate effectively across various cultural contexts, including nationality, ethnicity, gender, generations, and cognitive diversity. We can create an open dialogue of empathy and positivity by celebrating our differences! Workshop participants will develop the critical skill of cultural intelligence using the CIE Assessment framework. This workshop draws upon research-based findings to provide strategies for disrupting bias in organizations. The workshop is designed to help individuals strengthen their awareness and understanding about diversity and inclusion through the lens of cultural intelligence, as well as, enable them to have the ability to work more effectively with people who are different from themselves.
